Sean Combs, aka “Puffy” or “Puff Daddy,” a 31-year-old best-selling rapper and top producer with his own record label and clothing line, was found not guilty of weapons and bribery charges stemming from a fracas in a Manhattan nightclub Dec. 27, 1999.
